Well around the age of 15 I first listened to Jimi Hendrix and I decided while listening to his Woodstock rendition of the Star Spangled Banner that I would like to be a musician and make a living of it. Ok... Lets see, right now in my life im really enjoing going out and meeting new people were ever it happen to be the bar, the cub, mall, walmart or even online. when i was a little kid, around first grade, I used to get in trouble a lot. mostly, it was because I would stare out the window, daydreaming. I looked out of the window so much that I would stick my head through the cords for the blinds to hold my head up. when the teacher actually noticed me doing this, I got in trouble for trying to hurt myself as well as daydreaming. I was then moved to the other side of the room. I should consider myself lucky though. the same teacher had my older brother her first year of teaching. she repeatedly spanked him with a paddle for continuing to spell R's backwards.

I wanted so very badly to be somebody else. I wanted to feel...special. I guess everybody wants to feel that way, especially kids. Around the same time I remember my brother making a comment while watching "Doogie Houser, M.D." about how he bet it was the young genius' treatment for cancer that stimulated his brain into magnificence. What did I do? I dwelled on that thought, until a short time later when I stuck the leads of a circuit tester into an electrical socket and held on to the other ends to shock the crap out of myself. my logic as an eight year old was clear enough. electricity is the power to make things come alive. it seemed like the perfect stimulant to expand my mental prowess. did it work? hmmm...

I'm smart enough. I'm also plenty stupid. I had a best friend in the third grade who made everyone else look like they were standing still, with regards to intellect. by fourth grade, he was speaking fluent spanish and french. he was adept at the piano, building robots from scratch, and learning algebra while the rest of us were just learning our multiplication tables. I rocked at my multiplication tables, by the way. but he had a drive, fueled by the whip and crushing scrutiny of his parents, I never had. he was a pretty big idiot too though. or rather, he lacked any independence, or even independent thought, which I was forced to do from an even earlier age.

I still feel the same way as I did when I was a kid. Life is my distraction, and I can only watch, but not participate. Many of my friends fell into their set paths, which are now unmovable. I was beside them, yet while their lives grew, I stayed unchanged, seemingly unwilling to escape my direction and envious of those around me. Still just a kid...with too many fears and insecurities.

I am looking for someone to walk through life with. I am a romantic, caring, stable, and a good listner type of person. I am easy to get along with. I like the outdoors and would like someone to share my life with.

I'm an outgoing, independent, easygoing woman. I live a pretty busy lifestyle working and raising 2 awesome boys, but I would like to find a nice man to enjoy time with. I'm not looking for a long term relationship instantly. I really would like to meet someone who would like an easy going dating relationship... someone to go out to dinner with, to a movie or be each other's date to the occasional party, or whatever. If it works out that it grows into something more, than that would be great, but I really am interested in finding someone to share time with and enjoy each other's company. I'm a planner and with working 2 jobs it's sometimes hard to be able to drop everything and do something spontaneous, but I love to when I can!
I love the movies, concerts (70's Rock and Roll, Country, Contemporary Christian, and Big Band are my favorite), and the occasional play or musical...lol I love digging at a flea market, auctions, craft shows, or just taking a long drive to enjoy the scenery. I've never ridden a motorcycle, but would love to give it a try sometime. I enjoy the outdoors, and "civilized" camping (a bathroom within a short walk) lol
