Ichiban Japanese Restaurant - (417) 624-0198

I never expected to find even halfway decent sushi in the midwest, but Ichiban surpassed a lot of sushi I've had on the west coast. The service was very friendly and fast, and prices were quite reasonable. It's hidden away in a strip mall on 32nd, but the interior decor is very nice.
